- How fast can you turn a unit?
- A light turn is often 1 to 2 days. A standard full-paint turn is typically 3 to 6 working days from the day we get keys.
- Do you work with property management companies?
- Yes — that's a large part of what we do. We can invoice per unit, work from your scope template, and send before/after photos for your file.
- Can you handle post-eviction trash-outs?
- Yes, including haul-off, deep repairs, odor issues and flooring replacement.
- Do you charge for the walk-through?
- No. We walk it, scope it and send the itemized estimate free.
