Bathroom remodeling in Oklahoma City

A bathroom is the highest-return remodel in most Oklahoma City homes, and the easiest one to get wrong. Waterproofing behind tile, proper slope to the drain, and venting are what separate a shower that lasts twenty years from one that rots the subfloor in five. We do the whole thing with our own crew — demo, plumbing, tile, finish — so there is one number and one phone call.

How we handle it

Waterproofing done right

Proper pan, membrane and backer board before a single tile goes up. It is the part you never see and the only part that matters in ten years.

You keep a working bathroom

We sequence the work so a one-bathroom house is down for as few days as possible, and we tell you which days those are.

One crew, one number

No coordinating a plumber, a tile guy and an electrician who all blame each other. We own the whole job.

What it typically costs

Real ranges from jobs we've done around the Oklahoma City metro. Your exact number depends on scope, materials and access — we put it in writing before anything starts.

Common questions

How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A refresh is usually 4 to 7 working days. A full gut with a tile shower runs 2 to 4 weeks, mostly because tile, mud and grout each need cure time.
Can I buy my own vanity and tile?
Yes, plenty of customers do. We will give you a materials list with sizes and quantities so nothing shows up wrong.
Do you handle permits?
When the scope requires one — moving plumbing or electrical — we pull it. Cosmetic replacements in kind usually do not need one.
What adds the most value?
In OKC, a clean tile shower, a solid-surface vanity top and good lighting. Those three read as 'updated' to buyers more than anything else in the room.
