- Do I need a permit for a covered patio?
- In most metro cities, yes — anything with a roof structure attached to the house typically requires one. We handle it as part of the job.
- Wood or composite in Oklahoma?
- Composite costs more up front but our sun and hail are brutal on wood finishes. If you plan to stay 7+ years, composite usually wins on total cost.
- Can you repair an existing deck instead of replacing it?
- Often yes. If the framing and posts are sound, re-decking and new railing costs a fraction of a rebuild. We will tell you honestly which one you need.
- How long does a fence take?
- Most residential privacy fences are 2 to 4 days depending on length, gates and how hard the post holes fight us.
